Born in Agliana, PT, Italy.
Live & Work in Stockholm, Sweden.
I'm Caterina Fanti, I'm Italian and I work as Cinematographer, Gaffer, Assistant Camera, Photographer, Actress and Video-Maker.
In 2021 I graduated with BA degree in DAMS (Drama, Arts, Music and Theatre) University of Bologna, with a specialization in Film Studies.
In 2022 I moved to Stockholm where I graduated at Stockholms Filmskola in the International Filmmaking Program.
From 2023 I'm actively working in the Camera Department in the Swedish Film Industry. Here some of my most important works:
- Official Debut as Director of Photography in the short film "Waste" by Polina Rubis.
- Gaffer in "En sak i taget" directed by Johan Carlsson, produced by Roy Anderson's Studio 24.
- Assistant Camera for the Award-winning DOP Charlotta Tengroth in the movie "The Casting" by Fanny Risberg.
- Director of Photography for the Feature Film "Den Moderne Vikingen" directed by Edward Hellgren and produced by Mantikora Production.
- Gaffer in "Nude" directed by Rex Svensson.
